What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected by FCBPW?

 

1. Attendees of FCBPW luncheons and other events complete a registration form that includes their professional contact information, which consists of: job title, company name, address, phone numbers and email address.

2. Individuals who become FCBPW Members complete a membership application that includes their personal and professional contact information.  This contact information includes:  job title, company name, home and work addresses, home and work phone numbers and email addresses.

3. Prospective Speakers at FCBPW events complete a speaker application that includes their professional contact information, including address, phone numbers and email address.

4. Individuals wishing to receive FCBPW newsletters, event invitations and prayer request invitations via email are referred to herein as “Email Subscribers.”  Email Subscribers must provide FCBPW with his or her first name, last name and email address, at a minimum, to receive communication from FCBPW.  Email Subscribers may also furnish optional professional contact information, including job title, company name, company address and company phone numbers, if desired.  All attendees of past FCBPW events are automatically considered Email Subscribers in order to notify them of upcoming events and FCBPW news, but can opt out at any time via email request to fcbpwboard@gmail.com.

 

How FCBPW Uses Your Information

 

Email Addresses

 

We use your email address in the following ways:

1. to send you e-mail event invitations and process your event registrations;

2. to answer your questions;

3. to solicit and receive your prayer requests;

4. to send you FCBPW newsletters or special publications;

5. to process your membership applications;

6. to process your speaker applications;

7. to occasionally survey your opinions about FCBPW events, services, and policies in order to improve FCBPW;

8. to send you a PayPal receipt for an FCBPW donation made at www.fcbpw.org;

9. to send you a PayPal invoice for event registration payment, upon your request; and

10. to be included in your Member Profile to your fellow FCBPW Members as a Members-only benefit in the FCBPW Membership Directory.

 

FCBPW does not provide, sell or rent email addresses or any other personal information to anyone outside the organization. Your email address will be used only to conduct official FCBPW business as enumerated above.

 

U.S. Mail Addresses and Phone Numbers

 

FCBPW does not generally communicate via U.S. Mail or via telephone. However, we might use your U.S. Mail address and phone number in the following ways:

 

1. to occasionally communicate with you as an FCBPW Email Subscriber if your email address is suddenly returned to us as undeliverable, in order to update your file with your new email address;

2. to communicate with you as your preferred method of contact for prayer requests, should you desire;

3. to be included in your Member Profile information to your fellow FCBPW Members as a Members-only benefit in the FCBPW Membership Directory;

4. for the FCBPW Board of Directors’ awareness of general professional demographical data in order to serve FCBPW Members’ and attendees’ current and future needs; and

5. to reach you by phone in the event of an urgent matter.

 

Your Professional Title and Company Name

 

We use your professional title and company name in the following ways:

 

1. to appear in print under your name on an FCBPW name badge when you attend an FCBPW event;

2. to be included in your Member Profile to your fellow FCBPW Members as a Members-only benefit in the FCBPW Membership Directory;

3. for the FCBPW Board of Directors’ awareness of general professional demographical data in order to serve FCBPW Members’ and attendees’ current and future needs; and

4. for the FCBPW Board of Directors’ awareness in the event that FCBPW has need of a particular professional service that you may offer.
